Dolben Street

Completed in 2010, the Green House is a development of five spacious apartments in London SE1. The facade is clad with green glazed bricks and, on the south side, a series of balconies have sliding oak louvre screens for shade and privacy.

This is a small and intricate site and the building makes the most of the available space. Each apartment has a large south-facing balcony, a big living space with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and home study.

The site sits almost exactly in the centre of London in the historic Borough of Southwark. 500 metres to the north is Tate Modern and the River Thames and beyond that, across the Millennium Bridge, the City of London.
